TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL TIME
WAGE RATE: $23.50 PER HOUR (FOR 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK)
EDUCATION: No degree, certificate or diploma
EXPERIENCE: Experience an asset

JOB DUTIES:
Keep job sites clean and machines serviced.
Load and unload construction materials.
Cut timber and lumber to specified dimensions.
Hold timbers, lumber, and paneling in place for fastening orcutting.
Drill holes in lumber.
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
Set hollow metal doors and frames.
Install trim and cabinets.
Smooth and sand surfaces using power sanders.
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULLTIME IN THE DAY OR EVENING OR ON THE
WEEKENDS AND ALSO READY TO WORK OVERTIME WHEN REQUIRED.
