Job Requirements:
1 Minimum two-year drafting Certificate with proficiency in AutoCAD
2 Minimum one year experience with 3D modelling and AutoDesk Revit
3 Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings
4 Able to prepare and assist engineering designs and drawings
5 Able to create documentation packages and drawing sets
6 Able to draw architectural, structural and shop drawings
7 Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
8 Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
9 To have architectural precast concrete experience
Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the cost-effective timely production of architectural / civil /structural / mechanical designs and drawings that meet client specifications.
• Assist in creating full sets of preliminary, construction and as-built drawings based on sketches, site information etc.
• Prepare plan, elevations, section and detail drawings.
• Draft detailed drawings for shop fabrication (Steel detailing)
• Work closely with drafting and engineering team to troubleshoot design issues.
• Respond to contractor’s inquiries or request for change during the construction phase.
• Occasional assistance to engineers in reviewing structural shop drawings and conducting site reviews.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
