About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Subway restaurant in Davidson, Saskatchewan. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, staff development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for staff and customers
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
• Handle daily cash operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate daily operations and support team performance

Qualifications

• College diploma or certificate (1–2 years)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory or managerial food service role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• English language proficiency
