Full Time

– Establish methods to meet work schedules

– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

– Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

– Hire food service staff

– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

– Prepare budget and cost estimates

– Address customers’ complaints or concerns

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

– Prepare and submit reports

– Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

– Establish work schedules

Wage rate: $18 per hour / 32 to 40 hours per Week

Logistics Coordinator

Full-time position – $28 per hour Must have 3 to 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree. Duties include : Establish work schedules and procedures co-ordinate activities with other work units. Monitor movement of supplies and material Keep track of shipments, follow-up on any issues with work orders Maintain work records and logs
