We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) our Domino’s Pizza (2741507 Ontario Inc.) located at 380 Iroquois Shore Rd, Oakville, ON L6H 1M4. Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Job Duties:
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Develop the budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime
Salary: $62,400/annually for 30 to 35 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
